My company rewards its employees with hot dogs! I’m pretty sure this is to signify something by giving us a weaner…while they take home millions.. We win our company millions of dollars in contracts and we don’t even get a party.. we get tracked like animals and nitpicked to death. It’s called being American. Sounds like a good question to ask at the Cliffs of Insanity The Princess Bride shirt and I love this pizza party while management is there is: “So do any of us technicians get any of that bonus money?” This is why management is so political, they dont deserve shit, they know it, and they need to justify their jobs to everyone everyday. I know because i used to be one. Dont be those guys, make something in this world. That way the last place I worked at. Oh another record profits month! I’m going to Florida for a week, you guys get a pizza party! Every fucking month. And it wasn’t even from the fancy pizza shop the conservative owner bought with his stolen ppp loans. “I value pizza so much more than money. Which is why I suggest that you give us the bonuses and yourself the pizza party. You’ve earned it!” We’ll what are you guys going to do about it, nothing because you have you guns and hate other races and are homophobic and no back bone, Americans and I am an American but I’m not one of you, you guys cry about things and never NEVER react, protest fight against the man.. put this article here to make people feel sorry for you Did you do any more work than what you were paid for? If not then the pizza party is a treat to be enjoyed. Since your salary package doesn’t include incentive for delivery, you can’t really complain.

If you’re company has military contracts, personally I’d find a different kind of work. I couldn’t sleep well knowing what I do probably kills children and innocent people. Even if not directly. Only place that would hire me straight out of the Cliffs of Insanity The Princess Bride shirt and I love this military. Currently going to school for civil engineering so I can cut my ties with defense work once and for all. are you direct employees of the company? It’s stupid how little you can do to reward contractors. (I’ve known a few good supplier companies though who would do right by their employees working as contractors when something like this happens. But a lot just sit on autopilot and don’t ask for anything.) They do need you, and the only power you have is to withhold your labor, but so many in this industry won’t do that.
