Fair if you don’t like those hours. But they have benefits and plenty of people do like them. Some businesses rather like them. Also, working remote without having a commute, I’d have absolutely take the Cleveland Browns Victory Monday retro shirt in addition I really love this earlier time to get done earlier. Depending on the day of the week( due to the bus schedule/and construction it varies) I start between 830 and 9. My boss doesn’t care if I leave/arrive a bit earlier or later to catch my bus which is super nice. It’s normally prep and paperwork the first and last 45 mins of the day anyway. I went the opposite. Stated career in a 7-3 place and took a job at 9-5/10-6 place. When They told me to show up around 9 on my first day I thought they were kidding. I never fit in. I was dying as the day drug after lunch. Then my boss asks my co worker why I leave at 8 everyday and If i really want to work, when we are working 10-12 hour days.

A subreddit for those who want to end work, are curious about ending work, want to get the Cleveland Browns Victory Monday retro shirt in addition I really love this most out of a work-free life, want more information on anti-work ideas and want personal help with their own jobs/work-related struggles. BaPersonally, I’d rather go in early and get out early. The earlier my work day is done the better, and I’m at the age where I don’t care about waking up early. I used to deal with the same bullshit these two ladies I worked with would come in at 7 AM every day but then they would talk and get coffee and fart around and when I came in at 9:30 they were just starting work, actually doing work. For me I would come in at 9:30 and I would be up and running by 9:35. They would also constantly brag about how they came in so early. Most companies state their business hours in their code of conduct. I’d find the hours in the code and comply with that. Working before 8 am is ludicrous. If people want to work earlier because that works for them, fine, but to require that is ludicrous.
