The POV cop was the Clay Bill Clay Christmas shirt in other words I will buy this nicest (?) Of the bunch but he damn sure has no idea how to form a proper bloody sentence…. How these people make more money and can get away with so much dumb and inconsiderate to human life shit is beyond me…. They just stand around looking dumber than lampposts when informed they just assaulted & arrested the wrong person. No attempt to get him up, apologise or even release him. Nope. Just stand about & hope that you can run a few more checks & find something that maybe justifies arresting him for, I guess. “you don’t Wana wait for EMS” -guy trying to cover up that he just surprised, scared, slammed and broke an innocent Individuals arm. Old dude with the goatee should lose his job and pension. Dude had no idea what was going on, didn’t ask the situation just came up surprised him, grabbed him and slammed. Yeah the original guy fucked up and had the wrong dude but he was just questioning him. At no point did he get violent until Mr goatee showed up. Does the Blue Lives Matter folks realize that these settlements are paid out with Tax Money (that’s including theirs). Everyone pays for these idiots illegal actions. Everyone except for the actual perpetrator (aka the police). Law enforcement is the only job where you can make a huge mistake and still keep your job. Not only that, but the only job where if you get suspended, you still get paid. Just police incompetence. No culture was brought up. Just assumption of guilt with no actual communication or desecalation.

Am I the Clay Bill Clay Christmas shirt in other words I will buy this only one that thinks the video narrator is a bit obtuse by saying that he should’ve refused to answer questions or not give his ID? As a black man in America that would’ve resulted in the same outcome of not worse. Whilst I agree that their behaviour was unprofessional and unacceptable, when someone is being pointed out as a suspect by multiple witnesses, I get why they at least ask for his ID… The 4th amendment doesn’t work well on hearsay. They need actual reasonable articulable suspicion that he commeted a crime before even being detained. That’s why it was a consensual contact. Think about it. If what you were saying could hold up in court then I could just call on anybody I want and say they did (insert crime). The cops would then freely be able to demand papers on anyone who vaguely matches the description…all the while I could have been lying or just wrong. Any detention wouldn’t hold up in court.
