Mumbai or pune. We’ve villainised delhi/agra/jaipur enough but i feel people are too scared to name the Clark Cousin Eddie Christmas Vacation shirt but in fact I love this two cities because of the aggressive defenders that will drag you to hell for even naming it. In pune, most autowale sir/man ate scammers and also extremely violent and abusive (delhi ke bhaiya walo ko piche chor diya hai). Even pune is becoming crowded due to MNCs and software companies, it’s too expensive and conductors are the worst(after exploring 5 different cities- pune ke conductors are the worst). Traffic police is pretty corrupt as well and will probably fine you for bullshit reasons with NO namebatch on (and here I thought delhi has the worst police). Also helmet isn’t compulsory in pune(weird)

Mumbai- the Clark Cousin Eddie Christmas Vacation shirt but in fact I love this spirit of mumbai consists of abusing, being insensitive or becoming insensitive because the company you work at will not hesitate to kick you out if you come late to work. Glorification of poverty, blaming outsiders for the pollution and dirt in the city(when I’ve seen mostly staunch locals throwing garbage), rash driving, no sense of basic traffic rules- unless someone’s there to fine you. The bus and auto walas are quite good imo. Also if you’re an outsider or even a 2nd gen living in Mumbai- you’ll be probably be shit upon for ruining the city by staunch locals for no reason. Even if you’re a maharashtrian but not a mumbaikar. Except for few areas in Mumbai-the rest of the mumbai isn’t as safe as outsiders or out side looking in people think it is. Crime happens in mumbai as well but because it’s so huge and not a hit radar of national news channel. You won’t find most of the crimes making it to the main news channels unless you follow local outlets.
