Or in other words, God keeps trying to give us the same messages and has used many languages and symbols with which to tell it. Yeah, but don’t forget the part of the Bible that celebrates Cake Day! The reason they adopted the pagan holiday as the Christian holiday is that This Is My Christmas Pajama Philadelphia Phillies Bell Logo shirt sweater made the conversions more seamless. The people still celebrate as normal and within a few generations, those celebrating would have no idea about the original reason for celebrating and only know the Christian teaching of the celebration. I think there are more cynical reasons to say why they put holidays when they did. But it’s pretty hard to know what was in the minds and hearts of people.

I was hoping someone else would mention that. I live in Argentina and kids do get gifts Jan 6th! Apart from Christmas. They have to leave their shoes out the night before, along with grass and water for the camels. Why yes, that time of year IS expensive! Christmas is as much a cultural experience as This Is My Christmas Pajama Philadelphia Phillies Bell Logo shirt sweater is a religious one. This sounds like a passive-aggressive way to punish your kid for not practicing Christianity, and will also drive them further from you and your faith in the long run. I think this way of putting it is very well thought. And if we are going to make it religious, then it’s not Christian.

Christmas has nothing to do with Christianity. Not the date, not the tree not the gifts. It’s all pagan. Precisely this. Here in the UK, I’ve known Muslims, Hindus, and Sikhs who celebrate Christmas and Easter as well as their festivals, because they’re a part of the culture of the UK. I don’t believe in God but I still want to spend time with family, give and receive gifts and eat loads of food. This Is My Christmas Pajama Philadelphia Phillies Bell Logo shirt sweater didn’t even originate as a Christian holiday! Christians just adopted/took over a pagan holiday. My favorite is explaining to Christians about Easter. Ask one how are eggs connected to Jesus and watch their brains short circuit.
