It seems like there is plenty of water running down the Christmas Matching Family Pajama Retro Gamer Elf T-Shirt and I love this Mississippi. Could we not build a pipeline east to west? That would take water further down and possibly dry out the delta. Southern California did it to the Rio Grande No, there are already people and wildlife who depend on that water to live. There will be no political will to supply California (and the Colorado basin) with water that people are already using. State of California is welcome to the water in my backyard every time it rains. The upside is I don’t have to mow the grass when it’s underwater. And when it rains the grass is underwater. Hey here’s a great idea, let’s grow corn for the sole purpose of adding to our gasoline, at the cost of fuel and water. I hope that these droughts stop in the us. Unironically because im very pessimistic and see a scenario where us politicians go full russia onto canada over it in like a decade or two. Non-American here: why is there so much emphasis on livestock feed farming in California? They’re prone to forest fires and droughts all the time, and have a high population. Can’t alot of this feed be grown in the Midwest? It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense to me it could, but a) people hate it when jobs move and b) companies probably operate cheaper there for whatever reasons and c) ultimately, getting rid of lifestock is really the only way to change this because all in all, groundwater levels across the us are atrocious and this would really just move the issue somewhere else

Christmas Matching Family Pajama Retro Gamer Elf T-Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Dude, I think I need to take a break from the Christmas Matching Family Pajama Retro Gamer Elf T-Shirt and I love this world. All this shit is really fucking with my mental state. Fuck, I don’t know what to do. They have nobody to blame but themselves. Water supply has always been a huge problem to solve but the state has done nothing for at least 50 yrs to build new reservoirs when it was so obvious they were needed. Can we move the Californians north and make the politicians and all the climate change deniers that enabled them live there and let them figure it out? I mean if it’s not real then there shouldn’t be any issues, so… This is going to sound so dumb, but I wonder to myself, if sea levels rise, why not desalinate seawater at scale. Human consumption decreases the rise in sea level. r/showerthoughts
