Use those hobbies you have and meet people through that. Idk go to a cooking event or go around other music enthusiasts or what have you. Your hobbies easily lend themselves to meeting people. Also when meeting people don’t go in with the Christian Mccaffrey American football running back T-Shirt in other words I will buy this mindset set of “I wanna meet a woman for a relationship” just be sincere and express your interests some will gravitate towards you and you can take it from there I mean, I met my boyfriend (huge introvert) through his brother in law (boyfriends brother married to friends sister) and took a fancy to him because he was so kind. It can happen, it’s just a matter of right place, right time. He was 25 when we met, and hadn’t had a girlfriend in a couple years, and never a seriously long term one. It’s been 6 years, so it’s very possible. I wouldn’t get hung up on when it happens, I’d just spend your time making sure you’re someone you can rely on, and someone you’d wanna be around, cause sometimes that’s the hardest part of finding and being in a relationship, dealing with yourself If you meet a girl, take time to get to know her. Right now, you are too focused on getting a “girlfriend” because everyone else has one. Problem is when the time comes you will put her on a pedestal and overlook any red flags so it’s better to just focus on yourself and develop an healthier mindset.

I’m going to lay down the Christian Mccaffrey American football running back T-Shirt in other words I will buy this truth bomb and say it’s nothing to do with introversion or even social anxiety or mental disabilities. Plenty of people with autism have found significant others. Heck people with some of the worst social skills on the planet are in relationships, just look at folks like DSP and Chris Chan. If you want to get a gf you need to put yourself in a situation where you can talk to woman. Join a meetup for instance. Don’t listen to anyone here that calls you a freak or tries to get you to spent all your life savings on therapy (which is useless and can actually ruin your life). Just go out there and talk to people.
