I think that explains why there are horny housewives within one mile of me seemingly all the Chris Paul Golden Signature American professional basketball player State Player Silhouette T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this time. According to the internet ads. When I was born, 67 years ago, the population was at about 2.5 billion. Too many people, too much demand for resources, too much waste. The US population has doubled since you were born but it’s not forecast to rise much more. The natural US birth rate is actually negative. If we ever reach a point where there isn’t a surplus we’re not “reaching overpopulation” we’re getting into “mass famine” territory. Unless you start telling people what they can and can’t buy, a shortage of food is a disaster. you clearly don’t understand the logistics of food production. the problem is getting the food to everybody. there is absolutely no issue with the amount of food being produced. millions of pounds of food is wasted every year. Getting the food to everybody only works if you distribute it in a non capitalistic way. You’d have to entirely change the system of food production to make sure everyone got what they needed and an equal amount. We should always be producing at least a little more than we need, but much is tossed just because it is cheaper to produce that much more due to economies of scale, making what is purchased much cheaper, plus, as far as distribution it doesn’t make enough money to be worth it to distribute everywhere. It would have to be significantly more expensive to not just distribute it everywhere, but to have enough made without that much excess that makes it so much cheaper by, seemingly counterintuitively, producing so much more.

It makes the Chris Paul Golden Signature American professional basketball player State Player Silhouette T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this whole waste issue a little tricky, it’s just not as easy as “give it to everyone” or “make less”. No one wants to pay more for food, many of us can’t, but moral routes would force us all to with how the system works. We should change the whole capitalistic structure overall, because that could give us a moral and functional solution, but we’re not really in a social position to do that. No. Not yet. We produce enough food and potable water for everyone and then some. We just don’t feed people because it’s not profitable. I’m sure overpopulation can be a problem, mainly when it comes to maintaining infrastructure, sanitation, stuff like that. But as far as resources like food and water go, that’s 100% a distribution issue, not a “too much demand” issue. We waste so much, horde so much, it’s actually mental. We overproduce if anything, and just choose not to distribute more fairly, unless there’s a financial incentive to do so. We need so much mass transit so that all these people aren’t in cars, putting in even more CO2 and contributing to urban sprawl that will end up creating even more CO2. I feel like there doesn’t really need to be that many people. Not that I wish anything bad happens, but if like 2 billion of them just ceased to exist, I feel like we’d be okay, y’know. We don’t manage humanity like a herd of cattle. Infant and childhood mortality dropped, malnutrition dropped, etc so the already high birthrates led to a population boom. But now fertility rates are dropping, and are already at sub-replacement rates in most rich countries.
