Start a go fund me and I’ll donate to that! I’m sure there are tons of people here that will help as well. You’re not alone my friend Take that fucking bitch to court with the Chicago Cubs It’s In My DNA 2023 shirt and by the same token and price tag that’s at least grand larceny and the clothes obviously wouldn’t fit her kid so where the fuck did it go 100% needs to file the report, take her to civil court. She’ll probably dime herself out on accident speaking to a judge. Hope you will get that bitxh sued and all your stuff back and the damage the has done to your dad and your house i hope the bitch will be left with nothing this is just heartless to do to a 16 year old Stealing 22,000 USD worth of items is definitely something that you can take to court. If you can prove they took it without permission and you paid for the items, it shouldn’t be too difficult. Also see if you can prove what they’re actually doing with the items they stole. If they’re selling them then they’re beyond fucked. Seriously, don’t be stupid. Don’t let them steal 22k from you because you don’t want to deal with it. Contact someone. Well as you could imagine lawyers can be expensive and for someone who has just had all of their clothes and their kids clothes stolen along with thousands of dollars in damages its pretty difficult to afford anything right now like my dads not a very well off dude

Chicago Cubs It’s In My DNA 2023 shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Sorry man, I wasn’t having a crack or a snipe. I would get an inventory list of everything you can remember (you’ll forget heaps, but as much as you can). Gather receipts and market value for all items that you don’t have receipts for. Go on, file a police report and insist it’s not civil due to the Chicago Cubs It’s In My DNA 2023 shirt and by the same token and amount. I’d then organise a few free consultations with some lawyers and try find one who will help you. Unless she still has the stuff and couldn’t sell it or get rid of it after 4.5 months, OP probably won’t get much of that 100k worth of stuff back. Suing for civil would imply that she has the money to pay them back or can work to pay them back, which seems unlikely since she’s stealing the carpet from the house. Suing for criminal would put her in jail which might make it even harder for her to earn wages to pay them back.
