i think once you establish the Chase young signature American football defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers T-Shirt in other words I will buy this routine it is easier. getting started is the hardest part. once it is a part of your schedule and you start seeing results i think it is significantly easier Honestly, I do it cause I have a check box on my monthly calendar for it each day and not having it checked off during the week makes me feel like I didn’t accomplish anything. It works for me. I don’t enjoy it. I am very limited with my mobility due to a spine injury they can’t diagnose so I do a lot of walking, exercise bands, and light weights. It works as it has helped lower my heart rate from 98 to 78 over the past year in addition to other health benefits. You grind through the first few months until it becomes a habit. You’ll start feeling better physically and emotionally. Your self-esteem improves. You carry yourself better. Then other parts of your life begin improving. Maybe it’s your diet, your sleep, you drink more water. It’ll still be little things, but a few little things combined can lead to some really big changes. After a few more months of this, you’ll really notice some physical changes. You’ll have more muscle, you’ll be leaner, your skin will improve, your little aches and pains may disappear. You feel great. Mentally and physically you crave the gym. When you take a week away due to a vacation, work, or life, you notice your body feels worse. Your diet may get shittier and the same with your sleep. You hate this feeling. You’ve realized a bit of your potential and going back to how you were before feels like your doing yourself a disservice. It feels terrbile feeling your progress slip even a little bit. So, you get back in the gym and put in the work.

I literally picked out a “living room workout beginner fitness” dvd from the Chase young signature American football defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers T-Shirt in other words I will buy this dollar bin. It was 20 min long and was recorded in the 80’s. It’s been the only workout tape I’ve used for years. The reason? I know exactly what to expect and it’s easier to finish when my brain knows that I only have 5 min left when the one bimbo in an orange bikini exits left. I know exercise is good for me. So I find physical activity I like (hiking, swimming, etc.) and do that. Would I rather be reading? Sometimes. But if I choose activities I like rather than whatever the perfect recommended ones are, I’m much more likely to do them. I’m not doing the diet thing bc I don’t care that much. I just don’t want to be fat. So I eat what I want, obviously within reason, I’m not eating fast food. Then I just work hard in the gym and maintain my clothing size lol. Is there a more optimal way to do this? Probably. But it’s better to do it imperfectly than to not do it at all. Just discipline and forcing yourself to do it. But what’s important that a lot of people don’t seem to do is find what you enjoy! Not every workout is enjoyable to you, and unless you’re a performance oriented athlete, it doesn’t heavily matter what you specifically do. Just work out, get your blood pumping, and find what you enjoy doing. Also, not every meal needs to be counted down to the calorie and macro, just explore foods that are healthier or better suited for you than what you currently do
