However, the Charlie Potter Severus Snoop DumbleStook shirt in other words I will buy this thing I think some people may be missing here (like the guy that’s just encouraging OP to not worry about it and move on/work somewhere else and didn’t want to read my posts…) is the potential wrongful termination case OP may have. If OP is saying he didn’t take a long lunch like management is claiming and fired him over, it’s going to be pretty bad for the store/management that is on the receiving end for this. OP’s time sheet will show his times and if they were edited it’ll show who edited it. If management edited his timesheet to show he took a longer lunch than he really did then fired him over that… lawyers are going to eat that one up. Management still needs to go through a time and wage investigation. If they have not done that, it doesn’t show a pattern of behavior. And who fires someone before they get called into the office????? And you must of worked with some nice managers if you think they wouldn’t risk lying about something like this.

We have a girl that is at least 30 minutes everyday late and takes 1 and a half to 2 hour lunches with other associates everyday for like a couple of years now. Guess my store is blind.. she’s an opener and goes to lunch when SHE feels like it. Fuck Walmart. I recently had my identity stolen by a Walmart employee. They suck in every way. Go get a better job. I’d have flat out told them they could show me the Charlie Potter Severus Snoop DumbleStook shirt in other words I will buy this footage now and be done with it, or they can show me the footage in court. I don’t think they had you on camera doing that, I think they wanted to lower staffing levels and that joke had you close enough to the door to get rid of you easily. Yeah see I guess I don’t react exactly the way I want to when I don’t expect something like this. Because now I want to explain what I did that day, which I couldn’t remember at that moment. Another thing I’m curious about is how long did they have you working once they clocked you out, before sending you to the office. I left my 15 minutes break and didn’t realize until I got back to what I was working on, and then it took like 10 minutes for me to find my manager because of the obvious confusion IANAL, but allowing you to work off the clock is illegal. They didn’t just allow you to do it, they made you do it without your knowledge.
