He escaped a potential 90 years in prison and got away with only 3 years probation and not having to register. To hell with this piece of shit and everyone involved that allowed for him to escape justice. Guys, let’s also not forget the Champion Boxer walking his tiger shirt and I will buy this Easter egg in that document – private information for Brian Beck, the child rapist… phone, social and address! I used to work with a guy who was arrested doing bullshit to his two stepdaughters, aged 6 and 12. His wife got suspicious because he kept saying he was “going out for a smoke” late at night, but the front door wasn’t opening, and one night she went to the girls’ room and found him in their bed while they were sleeping. They got into a huge fight and called 911… honestly this woman clearly had a lot more restraint than I would have because she would have been totally justified in taking that fucker out

And in the Champion Boxer walking his tiger shirt and I will buy this police report, he’s said to have made the typical pedo excuses. “It was my first time doing this, I swear,” and “I have a problem.” One of the girls stated otherwise He eventually pled guilty and his charges were knocked down to a misdemeanor, and he didn’t have to register as a sex offender. His version of the story, to his little work buddies was basically a denial of the entire thing and swore up and down he never touched those girls The whole thing pisses me off. And I do think there are a lot of problems with the SO registry, I think a lot of the systems we have to handle them are extremely archaic, but he deserved that label What and I mean the fuck does “age of consent” have to do with anything, article? She was 14. He’s a cop. He should be rotting in jail. “Considering all the facts, evidence, and circumstances, as well as all possible defenses that could be raised in trial, this settlement was made in the best interests of obtaining justice for the victim,” a spokesperson with the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office told Oxygen.com over email. “The defendant will have a felony on his record, and can no longer carry a gun or be in law enforcement.” Justice for the victim… yeah, right. I am sure the fact that he can no longer be a cop is of great comfort to the family. Once upon a time, there was this guy who got away with raping a kid without any justice, or punishment. You might think that he went about his life, relieved that he didn’t have to suffer any consequences for his crime, but no. The father of the child he raped walked up to him on a busy street, put a gun to his head, and shot him. You see, motive is relevant and admissible in court, so he knew that it would be impossible to find twelve people on earth who would hear why he did what he did and convict him of murder. It’s a funny thing, the concept of justice. When the systems we create to enforce it fail, justice has a way of finding people who escape it.
