Technically the NFL is dropping in ratings and people use the argument that the NBA is staying constant. But NBA games get like 1.5 million viewers. If NFL ratings keep dropping, I guarantee they will level out way before 1.5 million. My man, you see that column of the price of 30 seconds for a commercial in the super bowl, it ain’t dropping. You call Celtics Basketball Club All-time Greats Signature Heart Shirt when the price of a 30 second commercial in the super bowl goes down. More people cut the cord and pirate does not equate to a drop in ratings because people are not watching. People cut the cord and pirate NBA games too. My point is that NBA games get ~1.5 million viewers and have for a few years. NFL games get ~15 million viewers which is down from previous years.

I’m saying it will probably level out way sooner, probably with around 10 million viewers per game. How many views are bars/ restaurants/ places out. These places aren’t playing NBA every night but you can bet that if football is on it’s getting shown Most places do play NBA every night though. It’s usually the only sport on a weeknight besides hockey and my local bars play both Celtics Basketball Club All-time Greats Signature Heart Shirt every day except Sunday and Monday NightI believe it has to do with being more accessible and having games. You can watch local tv on a Sunday afternoon for 4 months, you may not be able to make the same commitment 82 games a year including mostly weeknights.

That and max contracts/fully guaranteed contracts. Not to mention how the super bowl is treated a national holiday and Celtics Basketball Club All-time Greats Signature Heart Shirt as a social event to tons of Assuming about half of the people who watch the Finals watch every game, wouldn’t that be counting the same people 4-7 times each?. Don’t know why you were downvoted this is true. To have a true comparison you have to add the total viewership of the entire NBA finals series. You’re comparing two sports that are not even comparable.
