KISS always played into the Cellbugz I survived the guapoduo breakup arc shirt Besides,I will do this cheese factor. They were never meant to be taken super seriously, but they became rock legends in their time and at one point was one of the biggest bands in the world This was also my impression of them; I don’t think they took themselves super seriously, hence the makeup and showmanship. They weren’t trying to be Yngwie Malmsteen or something. I have the same feeling about AC/DC and ZZ Top, which is going to irritate some people in this thread. That isn’t an insult to them, however– they accomplished exactly what they were aiming for! Mainstream appeal + massive record sales. AC/DC and ZZ Top both have some actually amazing guitar work. Billy Gibbons is an accomplished blues rock guitarist and largely pioneered a unique playing style incorporating pinch harmonica far more than any of his contemporaries.

i have never liked the Cellbugz I survived the guapoduo breakup arc shirt Besides,I will do this weeknd and i never will. something about the earnest “hhhh i wanna fuck” lyrics yet the calculated distance from true emotional intimacy or accountability makes my skin crawl. it’s helped to create these “soft bois” that think they’re such hot shit just because they can feign empathy and pretend to appreciate art. also the actual sound of his voice is just … so whiney and manufactured 14 hr. agoHe’s also got some majorly problematic lyrics and overall the only genuine grab of his music is the retro aesthetic. His music isn’t complex interesting or new, it’s just separate from what’s been presently done. Listen to his work with Oneohtrix Point Never or House of Balloons. Dude has talent and House of Balloons is one of the most influential projects of the 2000s. I like the sound of some of his songs, but aside from that I’m in agreement with just about everything you said. I so badly want to listen to some of his music, but there’s just something so slightly off-putting to it that I just can’t dedicate myself to fully enjoying it.
