I don’t expect many legit answers from the culprits here because they’re not gonna know what you’re talking about Two reasons 1 – I’m traveling at a speed which does not inhibit peoples ability to pass 2 – more justly, when many cars are on the road during heavy commute times. Using more bandwidth is required to reduce traffic since speed is capped. Sometimes you see someone in your mirrors, then 10 seconds later you cant see them ahead or behind you… It’s kindof scary they could be in the blind spot (this particular car im 90% sure pulled off into a sliproad in a 10 second window I didn’t look) my old roommate did this. it was mostly because she would get into the right lane to pass someone, then forget she needed to get back into the left lane, and Never checked her mirrors to see if anyone was behind her. infuriating
