12 freaking yrs old. They can’t even make their minds up on what dessert they want, let alone giving consent. Wtf Yup, I traveled the Cat Mom Seattle Seahawks Shirt Also,I will get this Philippines in the 90’s and was shocked to find out the age of consent, I then understood why people from Australia and EU visited there fairly frequently. I’m sorry. What. I never googled age of consent from there but jesus christ. 12??? What kind of country is this? Living in the 1800s for gods sake. Filipino here (…unfortunately). It was only a few years ago that I realized the age of consent here was 12. I personally never knew anyone who had sex before like, 20 years old. I knew and still know a lot of other Filipinos who weren’t aware of this. It’s fucking disgusting to think an age this low is legal. 12-year-olds are literally children; I can’t fathom how anyone finds them attractive.

I’ll have you know that it is the Cat Mom Seattle Seahawks Shirt Also,I will get this #1 country named after Phillip. Also has great socialized healthcare. Low cost of living. The police in the Philippines still suck and will look the other way if you bribe them. Not to mention places out in the province are very rural and police usually don’t have fsst response times out there, where a lot of this occurs. Yeah I was shocked to find out that you don’t have to be 16 to get married in some US states if your parents consent I love how the American comments have an extensive knowledge of each country’s age of consent. Why does this topic interest you so much? Trying to know where to fly next? Cultural norms?? I’m not Filipino but I’d assume they weren’t fucking 12 year olds even though it was technically “legal”. eh not a cultural norm here bc when i was a teen (still 18 though) others who already have sexual experiences (only a handful of them) are getting side eyed to oblivion. expect others being disgusted to them as well Yo, I live in Massachusetts. You can legally marry a 12 year old here. So; maybe you’re not from the USA, but if you are, then your culture standard is actually now worse. Massachusetts is one of several states that has no minimum marriage age for minors when exceptions are taken into account. Most other states have at least a minimum age for marriage with parental consent.
