They only did appointments during the middle of the day… Of course I didn’t sleep because I don’t normally sleep at 2 P.M… Also I was told lay only back to avoid pulling the sensors off, but I am a side sleeper… Finally I was only given 30 minutes to fall asleep and do the test. Even at home it takes me more than 30 minutes to fall asleep.

I did not make it through my first sleep study before I freaked out and let them know I was leaving in no uncertain terms. When my husband had his, he just had a little cap he wore at home and it recorded his sleep patterns and uploaded it to the doctor’s office. He was disappointed he didn’t have the nice hotel room like I did.
