Serious question I just graduated a few years ago and I paid for my school and covered all my rent and general expenses and graduated all on my own with a 3.5 gpa and zero debt. O well I guess my parents gave me $500 the first year for books but the rest was on me. How do people graduate from a 4 year degree with any debt? I found jobs to work nights and weekends and scheduled class in the morning if possible and worked all summer. I just don’t get why people can’t do it on there own. I lived in a garbage apartment for $600 a month, school was $850 a month, the rest of my expenses were $600. That’s $25000 a year. How can people seriously not work enough to cover that in a year. It just dumb founds me.

I’m 100% into loan INTEREST forgiveness, and I feel like both sides can at least come to a mutual understanding on this.
