I pay up front for a trainer for the Captain Ray Holt Vintage shirt Besides,I will do this month. That alone is enough to summon some energy $$$. Lol. Also nice having someone who holds me accountable. I personally heard of someone who said their mental health really plummets if they don’t go to the gym, that they become depressed. It’s like working out became their only source of dopamine. You need to do something you like. I hate traditional cardio and lifting weights. It’s like the world’s most boring hobby that also hurts the whole time you’re doing it. Every workout I’ve ever done has just been to get results and therefore it was hard to stay motivated. But now I just do jiu jitsu 2-4 times a week. I get a great amount of cardio and a solid workout for most muscle groups. But the big thing is I love it and look forward to my “workouts” instead of forcing my self to go.

A few light free weights again with upbeat music helped – just want some strength- no need to look like Dwayne Johnson. I had a 7 year gap where I didn’t work out once. I then happened across a Brazilian Ju Jitsu gym close to me and remembered I like this. I have been going for almost 8months now and I’m getting good results in fitness from it. I think if you could find a sport or hobby that includes exercise that might help? I have a friend who is a powerlifter and does some Strong Man as well. Not competitive beyond a local level, but serious about it. He describes it as a ritual. Whether he wants to do it or not, I’d the Captain Ray Holt Vintage shirt Besides,I will do this world is going to be right, he has to do it. I listen to music that I like and forget about the outside world for an hour. And I enjoy tracking my progress.
