Nobody is lacing weed or coke with fent on purpose. That’s just PR crap like the Canadian professional ice hockey left winger and captain of the Boston Bruins brad marchand chisel T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this “cops ODing after touching fetty” It’s cross contamination because dealers are lazy and don’t care if scales have fetty residue all over it. In my area the xylazine is a contaminant, both in the higher grades of fentanyl and in the “Iso”, which I believe is isotanazine 290, yet another synthetic opioid that’s even stronger than fentanyl. Stronger opioids, I understand, but the xylazine shit I do not. Everyone I know wishes they could find some Iso that doesn’t have the shit in it Keep in mind that the dealers that are providing the drugs came from some other far away country, and doesn’t care about the local population at all.

They might have respect for the Canadian professional ice hockey left winger and captain of the Boston Bruins brad marchand chisel T-Shirt What’s more,I will buy this people where they came from, but they just see you guys as worthless westerners to make money off of. They don’t care if they die because it’s just onto the next. Marijuana — when exposed to a flame fentanyl immediately degrades. This is why when fentanyl users smoke it they freebase it off tin foil. It can’t be that hot to be directly in contact with an ember. Mushrooms/MDMA/LSD — When administered in a clinical setting, fentanyl is usually prescribed as a sublingual lollipop (enters the bloodstream orally through the veins under your tounge), a transdermal patch (think nicotine patch), or an intravenous IV. When you eat fentanyl and it enters the stomach, it only has 30% bioavailability. So the likelihood of a tiny amount of contamination killing you from the aforementioned drugs which you orally ingest is very low. The problem comes when you bring nasal insufflation (snorting) as this is a direct route into your blood stream. That’s why contaminated cocaine and heroin are such an issue. I’ve never heard of it but I’d also be careful snorting ketamine. Often fentanyl makes it’s way into these drugs by cross contamination somewhere in the manufacturing process. This is unfortunate because out of all the drugs I’ve mentioned, cocaine is the most popular and widely used which has led to a lot of overdoses.
