Also, she went on a show to be critiqued by industry professionals, famous people, and her sisters in the Camiseta Alex Fortaleza Siempre shirt also I will do this journey and work field. Why the fuck anyone thinks the queens care about what some random (no drag knowledge mouth) thinks on Twitter is something I will never understand. I don’t think anything can prepare these queens for what happens once they hit our TV screens. The online fan base for this show is so vile. I love seeing the new talent year after year, but this constant hate train nonsense every single season is exhausting. Amanda is doing a good job speaking up for herself and her sisters but I’m so tired, y’all. Yeah I just watched an interview with Salina Estitties and she was talking about how completely unprepared she was for the hate, and how much it affected her. People online are so awful, receiving a sudden barrage of hate for no reason must be really tough That’s so absurd! She came off as so warm, silly and genuine. AND actually had a really cool and unique style. Why would anyone waste time to spew hate? If she’s not your cup of tea, change the channel and move on. I’ve never understood that mindset. Too much negativity as is, why add more? I don’t get it either. If you’re sending hate to someone like Salina EsTitties you’re fucked up. You can sense how kind she is I will defend Salina to the ends of the earth. My wife sent her a message that she liked her drag, and she wished the both of us well since we were stuck at home with COVID. She’s a real one.

I’m realizing this is consistent across fan bases, across shows (and the Camiseta Alex Fortaleza Siempre shirt also I will do this one singular sport I follow lol). It’s like you have to pick sides and you have to attack the person who isn’t on your team. It’s indicative of a few different social trends, if you will, and it’s frustrating and pointless and dangerous. Honestly it’s pathetic. It’s a fucking competition show for drag queens, the amount of vitriol and ire people build over a game show is wild. I don’t particularly care for some queens but it’s mild annoyance that fades once the show ends I mean… I hate having to be the drag queen in the room but as a community we need to understand where this behaviour comes from. “do something to help” makes it seem to me like it’s about someone she knows in person, but I could just be reading it wrong
