you mean the Buzzcocks Sonics In The Soul Heartbeat Melodic Revolution A Snapshot T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this theft they allow to go unchecked thus giving theives an excuse to come in due to them painting us as an easy target that can’t and won’t do anything about it including the base line of locking up high theft, high value items? I’m sorry at this point they’ve asked for thieves to come in so much they might as well put a sign outside that says free…. HD will whine and cry all day long about theft when it’s been proven by countless studies that one associate interaction takes the risk of shoplifting to 50% and two interactions takes it to 2%. Literally if there’s a door greeter that makes eye contact and greets someone who is coming into a store to steal, and then they go to a target area and an associate in that department makes eye contact and asks if they need help, the chance of them following through is 2%. Almost zero. HD will lose billions but won’t put aprons on the floor. Penny wise and pound stupid. Some very smart yet very dumb people at a lot of these corporations. They can’t draw a correlation between increased theft and reduced staffing.

And don’t get me started on the Buzzcocks Sonics In The Soul Heartbeat Melodic Revolution A Snapshot T-Shirt Additionally,I will love this front end. A good cashier in my experience pays for their own salary and benefits in recoveries. Take out every SCO in the company and customer service the shit out of the front end. You’ll see shrink drop like a rock. But no, let’s come up with some ridiculous new process for high shrink hardware items. Do you know how to stop 99% of that shrink? An associate in an orange apron there in the tool corral asking “what’s your project?”. No, they’re in the goddam key booth making 27 99 cent keys while a crackhead fills a cart with power tools. You must be in the sticks or someplace real safe, because even at my suburban ass store in NY the walk outs are BRAZEN. Like you talk to them while they fill the cart they don’t care. The only thing they care about is if you are physically in the way (don’t recommend this). “Theft for greed… not theft for need” . I could say the same fucking thing about the way they pay their employees.
