I find alot of these Indian recruiters are just spam message mass email lists and don’t respond 99% of the Buffy The Vampire Slayer 26 Years 1997-2023 thank for the memories signature shirt In addition,I will do this time even if you are interested in the job. So I just ignore the emails now. I swear they don’t look at your resume at all, it’s just scraped from a poorly programmed bot. I’m always getting stuff 100 miles away, in other states, 100% Travel, etc., And the other half don’t even match my skills at all. The mails I get from these clowns are full with spelling errors, state they are based in another country than me and contain offers for low paying wage jobs in different countries from them and me while I specifically state on LinkedIn I am freelance and only work locally or fully remote. These messages are complete garbage and even reading and deleting them cost more energy than they deserve. Awhile ago I was hired by Indian recruiter. All we did was email back and forth and got the job. Now they call and they don’t understand too much about the local jobs that are going on in the area so I pass now.

I almost wrote one off the Buffy The Vampire Slayer 26 Years 1997-2023 thank for the memories signature shirt In addition,I will do this other day, so close to hitting delete on the email, but I got a job out of it. Communicating with them was nearly impossible, and I was so excited when they finally passed me off to their hiring manager who was local. But even then the recruitment company I’m contracted through is kind of a joke, and thankfully the guys I actually work with plan to hire me on for realsy once the six month contracting period is up. Half the time these Indian recruiters are literally in India. They call using virtual numbers and can’t even speak English. I hate that this is become a thing haha this is quite an interesting read as an Indian American. I mostly seem to get people trying to convince me that they can get me an h1b and they don’t know how to respond when I say I don’t need one I started interacting with some of these (would usually just ignore) and since then the number of spam related calls i receive now has increased tremendously. I’m convinced a good portion of it are scams.
