Jeeeez. $10/g? I am in the Buffalo word game shirt and by the same token and wrong business. I grow tasty mushrooms because I like to eat them. Call it 8% dry mass, that’s $10/12.5g fresh weight, or $800/kg fresh. $100k in sales per year would be just 125kg fresh weight. That’s only like 10 bags a month. The problem was shrooms isn’t growing them. It’s selling them because it’s generally there’s never enough locals that do shrooms regularly and you have to go to shows and transport across borders vs like grow weed in a legal state and undercut the pot shops and ppl smoke regular amounts per week and just come to you like moths to a flame. Shrooms are like you have to go to the market and ppl consume far less daily so they are one of the hardest drugs to move. That’s likely why they’ve never really cracked down on the spore syringes. I would have no problem moving mushrooms locally just within my social circle. There’s a huge demand and very little supply. Too bad I don’t do that anymore. Too old to risk long-term incarceration. I’ll just buy them occasionally when I see them.

look at the Buffalo word game shirt and by the same token and pictures in the article. willing to bet he was a dark web supplier and that’s how he got investigated by multiple agencies That’s possible, but he was definitely distributing in CT. It’s kinda sad to see my connection’s source get snatched, but also kinda funny that a 22 year old was supplying the whole state (and possibly all of New England) Whew I feel so much safer now that I’m sure there will be fewer wooks tripping balls in the woods of Connecticut next summer A pretty impressive grow operation in the photos; worth a click if interested in the topic. Hope he gets a good attorney and beats the charges. Psilocybin mushrooms should not be illegal and in fact now are legal or decriminalized in a number of US cities and at least two states.
