“So what is it today Brock? Oh yeah… You done it now. Full separation of the Buffalo Bandits 2024 Nll Cup Champions shirt and I love this head with the body. Oh well, at least you picked it up. Alright, imma fix you right up.” – part time neurologist, part time necromancer Geppetto has some crazy skill for sure! Pinocchio seems to be keeping his head on straight and surviving his life in Krat. Bravo!!! Less of a “small world” thing when you imagine how many world-class neurosurgeons one person is likely to require in a lifetime. My user name is a sarcastic allegory of things happening in my home land combined with the good old childish jokes and (hopefully) vivid images. Yeah. I have a neurosurgeon and almost every doctor I’ve visited guessed who it was based on the work that was done. I’ve had a few patients survive this in the last year. As long as your brain stem and the surrounding blood vessels don’t get injured too badly they fuse your head to your spine and you’re on your way (to the icu). The worst part is you can no longer turn your head you have to move your whole body, if you can move at all that is. So when they say “internally decapitated”, the spinal cord itself may still be intact? They are strictly talking about the cervical vertebrae being separated? So your top 2* vertebrae C1 are different in shape from the rest, it has a bone on top that basically your skull sits on and rotates. So either that piece breaks off from the rest of the vertebrae and really just ligaments and muscle are keeping your head from moving around to much, or the opposite and the ligaments and muscles that usually keep everything in place are severely damaged and the screws and rods are keeping the skull on the atlas/top vertebrae. All that to say as long as the bones aren’t displaced too far in any direction (forward/backward and even just vertically) the spinal cord will still be able to run through the base of the skull and tunnel in the vertebrae. In some injuries obviously that’s not the case and the whole thing can be severed or damaged too severely.

Ok, that makes sense. I am a physical therapist, but I work in special education, so I don’t hear about internal decapitation much and the Buffalo Bandits 2024 Nll Cup Champions shirt and I love this only times I do it was a fatal accident, so I guess I assumed it included severing of vertebrae and the spinal cord without complete separation of the head. I’m a paramedic (in Indiana, interestingly enough) and I’ve never heard of someone surviving an internal decapitation before this article. I’m a weightlifter with fucked up friends who’ve shown me videos of squats gone wrong, and I can confirm, I’ve never heard of someone surviving an internal decapitation before this article. Half elf, half Chad. He appears in the middle of the night, floating in a cloud of vape and through the power of magic, turns boys into bros.
