I did a chargeback once as the Buddy Matthews Something Wicked All Elite Wrestling shirt In addition,I will do this customer and I did NOT win. Merchant showed the purchase was nonrefundable. While I agree, I never GOT the merchandise. They still wanted to give it to me, but it was past the event I custom ordered it for. But the merchant won Because “the terms say no refunds”. When I was at LA fitness, they made you pay your last month up front. So, when you cancelled, there was a month delay, which was just one of the shit things about LA Fitness. And in the other comment chain people are talking about how if they don’t pay it would go to collections and tank their credit. Right. Lol yeah right. No sensible business is gonna keep charging people after they’ve banned them from the service. Slam dunk of a class action lawsuit You aren’t very familiar with how aggressive gyms can be at getting to your bank account if you owe them money. It’s in the contract you signed. If you dont they’ll send it to claims, you’ll then either have to pay it or be fucked financially for the future. You get a “mark” on your record that means you cant take out any loans or pay anything off over time. So things like having a cellphone plan that pays for both the use and the phone isn’t an option. AND when you pay it off, you’ll not be able to do that for the next I believe three years.

A major reason I haven’t gone back to a gym is that I don’t want to appear in people’s tiktoks. I’m there to workout, not be self conscious about filming. YES! It is invasive and too often used for online trolling. The gym is a vulnerable place for so many, people need to have more empathy and stop being so narcissistic. I have seen a few people filming themselves lifting to check their form. Not to post online, but to look at their lift and make observations and corrections. Unfortunately there are always casualties of war. The asshole people ruin it for the Buddy Matthews Something Wicked All Elite Wrestling shirt In addition,I will do this ones who are doing it innocently. People also may need to record their top set to send to their coach who will make those observations and adjustments If THEY make t effort not to include anyone else in the video & don’t lose their shit of someone walks in front of the camera. If they aren’t dicks about it AND delete the footage if asked. LOTS of people in the gym are only the to lose weight or be healthy and have spent a lot of personal energy to actually make it there & seeing people filming them will make them uncomfortable. Problem is that it’s easier to ban everyone from filming than having to worry about the dicks who decide to film & stick it online to get clicks
