No, this is a good thing. Right, like, I understand why they do it from a security/quality standpoint. However, updating targetSDK support to new API levels isn’t as easy as just modifying a single number and recompiling. Sometimes there are significant changes in support for certain functions, or things being deprecated that you need to handle.
