I can create hallucinations of any sense, including auditory, taste, visual, even make it feel like I’m moving when I’m not. I can remove my ability to be ticklish and bring it back and even seem to be able to change my heart beat rate at least I think. I believe I could even make it stop but I’m too scared to try. There are quite a few other things as well, and I believe many potential uses I haven’t even tried. Not to overstate things the degree it can be done takes practice and most of these things I can only do to a limited degree. In fact some I used to be able to do more than I can now. For example I used to be able to lay in bed and make it feel like my bed was rocking to the point of flipping upside down and I was about to fall out (fully conscious this entire time, this was no dream), but now after falling out of practice I can only make it feel like it’s swinging like a swing. I also once managed to “turn off” my vision so that I was blind for a brief moment, but now struggle to get anywhere close to that but can still make myself see blobs of colors and shapes. There is much more I’ve done than I can cover in one post.

I actually found this a long time ago, but didn’t really do more than play around with it for a long time and test it with a few other people to see if it worked on others. All but one could make it work, but some were more sensitive than others, one simply got a headache and dizziness trying and gave up.
