I have a separate nsfw account for my nsfw needs/business. With this account I can have my normal day to day conversations. I have seen first hand that it’s not just as simple as an nsfw profile posting and “living their life” like everyone else. If that were the Bryce Harper American professional baseball first baseman T-Shirt in contrast I will get this case then it would be no issue, but multiple nsfw accounts posting on a sub (whether intentionally or not) attracts flies. It’s very quickly going to turn into comments objectifying not only the nsfw profiles, but everyone who posts on this sub. Nope, what we’re looking at is profiles with an abundance of pornographic content, either posts or comments in those types of subs. I’m fine with NSFW profiles posting here… I just don’t want the “outfit of the day” and it’s them in lingerie posts. I say let it stand, there’s basically nsfw subs for every sfw sub the fact that they cant rake in even more attention and compliments from this one should be a badge of honor

I have no issue with NSFW content creators, but I have an issue with the Bryce Harper American professional baseball first baseman T-Shirt in contrast I will get this kind of audience they bring along with them. It isn’t that hard to create a separate SFW profile. I still think the ban is what’s best for this community. Having an NSFW account is fine and this isn’t a judgement on that. I just want a place to post that isn’t flooded with men. These now banned accounts, when active in this subreddit, create a bread crumb effect that leads them here. Make a non-NSFW account to interact here. That’s not a wild ask in my opinion. What we’re pushing back against here is lead generation for their business via content that doesn’t contribute to the community or goal of the subreddit. Oh, I think it’s OK to allow them as long as they’re not posting it on the sub. I think like sexy and semi revealing photos are OK but nothing like porn. Since it’s easy enough to create an unlinked anon-if-wanted profile, I think folks with the NSFW profiles could easily find a way to join us without risking their NSFW followers migrating this way. I’m entirely pro-sex work and pro-NSFW accounts. You do you. But no one can control the followers they have and they should understand that this group doesn’t consent to being utilized by those people in that way. I think the NSFW folks are more than welcome. They just shouldn’t be a route to allow unsafe people into this safe space.
