The biggest problem with the British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith Flag T-Shirt Besides,I will do this job market is the whole application process. I wish it was the old days where you went to your local employment office and say “I want a job” and they hand you a card with instructions to show up for an interview. No, the process in some ways “needs” to be like this. The experience needs to be decent enough for you not to hate a company before joining them but awful enough to keep you from wanting to do it very frequently. Agree, I applied for one of the big social media companies which required a degree… I don’t have this but their HR didn’t care and I ended up getting the job. In the year I’ve been unemployed I’ve only had interviews for roles I was well overqualified for. Anything where I only matched like 70% or lower never amounted to anything.

The only jobs where you have to match all the British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith Flag T-Shirt Besides,I will do this requirements are public sector jobs with civil service requirements. To promote consistency and fairness, hiring managers are not given discretion to match the requirements. This. I’ve applied to hundreds and most of what I get are rejections. But I’m still applying for them. 26 resumes and two interviews is pretty good actually for the amount your applying, but you need to be applying more. Completely agree with this. My last 3 jobs I only had about 50-75% of the qualifications. my last job was highly specialized as well but still got the position. You need to look over requirements and if you meet like 2-3 out of 5 apply away. A job description is a wish list of the most perfect (and likely non-existent) candidate a recruiter can conceive of.
