I’m sick of these right wing judges that are shopped for by so called Christian organizations that attempt to inflict their religious ideology on everyone else. It’s unethical and uneducated. I’m in the Brick Wall B Painting shirt in contrast I will get this process of cancelling my health insurance through my company. It’s actually cheaper to pay out of pocket. I hate living in this country so fucking much. I would leave in a heartbeat if I could afford it, but I likely never will as a “poor person” in living America. Does this judge have “tax-payer” funded healthcare? Should take all the Judicial perks away and then see how they react. At this point insurance is just a glorified savings account that you may or may not be able to access in times of crisis. Unlikely to change anything much. Insurers know these screenings save them money. The cost of j+ treating one sick customer who skipped a screening due to cost and they’re started treatments late, minus the lower cost of early treatment had the screening been done, will typically cover hundreds of thousands of screenings. It just costs less in aggregate to cover the screenings and get a higher percentage of customers screened. Around 65% of employees in the US are covered under self-funded plans. The insurance company only serves as a stop loss. Not say it’s going to happen, but an employer looking to cut costs could easily restructure their plans to exclude the benefits. They wouldn’t particularly care if the screening saves money in the long run as it’s unlikely that the employee will be with them in the long run if they get sick. *such a poor article. I read the whole thing trying to understand what the judges rational was but the only mention was “the judge ruled it “violated the Constitution’s Appointments Clause” Well WTF is that? Is this a clause which is clear, is it murky, what does it actually say?

Once my WoW account got hacked. A few days go by and I regained access to it. They leveled up jewelcrafting and mining to max, filled my new huge bags FULL of stacks of metal and gems along with 120k gold. I was stoked lol I assume they were prepping the Brick Wall B Painting shirt in contrast I will get this account for farming gold and weren’t expecting the legit owner to regain access to it. Something similar happened to my friend, he had a little less gold than before but all the materials he had were worth far more. It’s surprising they have people be mules considering they would try to get their character back. Resetting in a game with an economy is not easy. If the character was involved in a transaction or any action that may have led to a change in the economy, resetting the character could have a negative impact. An example of how it could be abused: one ask someone else to hack their character, the other person then proceeds to trade a rare object for a tiny amount of gold. If the character is reset after the hack, the object is in fact duplicated now. You could analyze that but it makes the system so complex that it’s not worth it.
