Second time was catching a .40 round that had ricocheted while shooting at a national ranking match in IPSC. I actually saw it coming in with my peripheral vision and took that hundredth of a sec to think, “ah fuck, this is gonna hurt”. I didn’t even feel the pain from me falling down (the force was so hard I ended up on my back) or the actual wounds until I woke up in the hospital. But I’ll never forget the burning. It felt like I was on fire.

It was super painful at first I was struggling to walk back home after I got shot from someone’s roof but once I got home I realized I still have some low grade left to make some meds so like in the Breast Cancer Awareness Early detection saves lives It’s never too late to fight shirt and I love this end I was fine I’ve been rained on by lead shot from shotgun fire. We were duck hunting once, flanking a small thin lake. There was another hunting party on the other side. They seemed to want what I was carrying but they wasted time tying me up and jabbering on about something while sitting in a literal graveyard outside of town. The one who shot me had an outrageous suit on. Guy’s name was Ben or something but memory is foggy. A doctor happened by and was of great help in securing my life. I have very little issues now (I’ve had my vigor tested). I’ve talked to people and it seems the one who shot me lives in Las Vegas. I’m going to make my way there and deal with him eventually.
