Because it doesn’t get to freezing in most of the Bray Wyatt in life surround yourself with those who light your T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this country and without issues like frozen pipes etc to worry about, we just don’t bother to save money. Houses are just investment vehicles. If you’re a beneficiary of that scam you’re rich enough for 24/7 heating and air con, and you might even be clever enough to spend some money building a house with actual insulation and double glazing etc. If you’re poor, well you don’t matter so you get to freeze and roast in your rental. NZ is exactly the same. It’s got to be the British. I lived in Victorian terraces in London and they were as cold but you didn’t notice if the central heating was actually working. Yeah I’m someone who has moved back and forth between Los Angeles and Portland Oregon a few times. I always assumed Portland was way colder (well it literally is), and that LA people just complain of the cold. But when I lived in LA, I felt just as cold in the winters as I did in Portland. A lot of it is building design is not made to keep heat in Pretty sure Australia has the highest rate of skin cancer in the world, followed by New Zealand (per capita). The sun in this part of the world hits different, UV index here is stupid. Living near the beaches on the Gold Coast a popular pastime is spotting tourists that didn’t give the sun the respect it deserves.
