Every time you replay it in your head, (outside of emdr), your brain nerves (??) create more links , which reinforces the Brady Kobitowich Niagara Purple Eagles signature shirt moreover I will buy this memory. EMDR “confuses” your brain to break these links, effectively replacing the bad memories. I know it sounds like shite. But really, I found it amazing. And also to add: I can now talk about what happened to me factually. No more shallow breathing, no more eyes welling up etc Jeez. I’m so happy for you that this has worked so well. That’s super interesting and thank you for sharing. I’ll pass this onto my friend! +1 for the mysteriously quick outcome. Trauma included stuff I’ve been suffering from for 45 years, cleared up in a grand total of 5 sessions.
