It makes total sense that they can do Christmas versions of Space Mountain and Mad Tea Party since the Halloween overlays for those are just flipping a switch on the lighting package and soundtrack. Monsters Inc likewise is very responsive since it’s all live performers, so it will be easy to change up the routine for the parties this year. Speedway should be the most interesting – The Boy Ugly Merry Christmas Vintage shirt sounds like it’s all physical additions, so how will they be able to deploy them quickly to keep the party exclusive? Unless it’ll just be a matter of the Christmas lights are turned off during the day.

I love that more attractions are getting an overlay. I love the little bit that they do for the Jingle Cruise. It’s still the same experience with just a little bit of holiday tinsel sprinkled in! I wasn’t impressed by the MVMCP last year. I’m probably skipping the Christmas one this year and Halloween too. It’s no fun when it feels jam-packed when you pay for The Boy Ugly Merry Christmas Vintage shirt not to be. I complained to cast members at the Halloween party and emailed Disney about it the next day. I saw so many people without wrist bands walking around. Disney’s response was that it was not possible for people to be there without paying. Totally blew me off.
