Almost all humans hate hearing their recorded voice because how the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this ear canal works and how the brain have a perceived understanding of what one’s own voice is like (which is different from the actual voice). So you’re not alone! Record your voice, get used to it, try to improve how you talk/read, exercise. Also, if you are quite most of the time and only talk to record, your voice is not going to be at its best. Try re-recording once your voice box has relaxed and warmed up. For additional input search for voice over specialists on YouTube, there are some very experienced people sharing how to get better at it. About the audience and the negative comments: I am a man with a deep voice and people like it; my voice is basically why I have 25k subs in 1 year (I do audiobooks.) But when I started there were a lot of negative comments (deserved too, because I used my phone to record the first 7 videos and quality was bad and so much room to get improved). But through time I improved (got a mic) and the negative comments decreased, but still get them every now and then. Exercise, improve and be consistent, don’t give in to the negative comments. If need be, delete them lol.
Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt: Unleash Your Inner Fighter
Everything is a learning experience and you get better with every attempt, so ignore the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this people who are just being negative for the sake of it. Just keep doing and keep learning. I’ve been told, irl, to my face, mid conversation, my vioce was annoying. So I’ve had years to process that 1: everyone has certain voices they just don’t like and 2: there’s nothing wrong with mine (or anyones) it just is. Someone might just be messing with you on purpose because they’ve seen the community posts, as you’ve basically told potential bullies what you’re insecure about.
So there was once a point in time where my therapist had to have me do emotional definition cards cuz I was so out of touch with my emotions, what they meant, but most importantly, how they were felt/expressed in my physical body. My first tip of advice would be to focus on integrating experiences you’re processing in therapy with moving your body. After I experienced assault the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this summer before my senior year of college, I entered into a freeze mode and had so many episodes of dissociation and depersonalization. My body’s go to for coping was always to shutdown and repress repress repress. Despite having been in therapy for quite some time, I wasn’t making any progress til I centered a trauma-informed approach to it all.

I’m not sure the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this full context of your anxiety but something that really helped me come out of my own numbed anxious state and into a more feeling expressive state was engaging in movement that helped me feel more in control and have a sense of power—so I started jump roping and (informal) kickboxing (in addition to weight lifting). [note: by informal I mean home workouts]. When I would jump rope and kick, I’d keep in my minds eye everything that’s been overwhelming me or driving me crazy or topics from therapy generally. I’ll center things I know should have upset me but instead I laughed off. And at first it was hard cuz I struggled with body shame as well for a while but there was a breaking point where I lost myself in the kicks or jumps and the tears finally would come.
I’d also argue tho, emotional expression needs safety. Often my numb state was because these emotions weren’t safe to feel or express so my body and brain learned to repress and condense until I became like a shaken up coke bottle. Cuz it’s one thing to trigger them and another thing entirely for them to be expressed in a safe way where they feel that sense invitation to return. So my second tip of advice—try to do some mental reframing and engage in actions that orient embracing your emotions, breathing through them, and engaging in a compassionate and loving self-dialogue. It’ll help a ton in defrosting the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this feels and experiencing them regularly and as you do, the intensity will lessen and a sense of confidence will load at being able to regulate the extremes.
I’m happy to report that I have a broader and deeper, richer, experience of my emotional world now and it’s one I think is well worth the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this journey of healing to uncover. Love and joy and happiness feel more alive now that I don’t run for the sad feels or anger or shame anymore when they come up. That being said. I still have my moments where the feels are all encompassing but they’re not happening as frequently as they used to and I feel more self-assured in how to handle myself through it. I hope that helps to some degree, sending you lots of love through this tho it’s not an easy thing to unravel and kudos to you for seeking help and asking questions. I schedule myself a “shower cry”. I set time aside, no plans afterward, turn on sad music, sit down in the shower – and let it all out.
That’s why the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this shower helps for me. Showers can help unblock emotions due to the warmth, the water, and the privacy. I’ve been putting this off because I’m scared of it but I will try anything at this point. I’ll give it a go thanks! Sounds like you are stuck in freeze mode. Try some cardio workouts, like jogging or skipping the rope. Breathing exercises help to, try to extend your exhales as much as you can. Singing is another type of breathing exercise, a very powerful one. This is a very helpful video. Thank you!! You’re exactly right that it’s freeze mode it seems to be my go-to. I try breathing and cardio and qigong but I haven’t tried that. It kind of produced the same “embarrassed” feeling that crying does but I can more easily force it. I’ll try it there’s a good chance that will do something. Thanks! And I’ll check the vid.
Regulate your breathing, deep breaths. Then do a body scan, relax every minute detail of your body so that everything serves the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this mind. Finally observe your thoughts, watch what your subconscious (the larger faculty of your brain) brings you without egotistical attachment, without pushing your own narrative or clinging to any aspect of the thoughts. Everything you don’t consciously handle is dealt with by the subconscious, memory, emotion etc. let it bring what it thinks is important, you might find that there is anger or it might instead turn you to sleep. I workout every morning and I meditate and journal every morning too. Sometimes it produces a small cry but not enough. Do Chi -going ! To loosen it up of the tension in body . And by the way a great advice if you truly want to cry it all out , look backwards at your life until childhood and ask yourself why am I struggling all the time what have I done to deserve all of this ? Be me more gentle and compassionate rather than being a victim to life but if you do it is also okay it is part of it . It is so sad having so deep thirst of the need to feel loved, listened to and being appreciated
I do qigong every day!! That’s part of why I’m at a loss I feel like I’m “doing everything right” but clearly I’m missing something. Thank you for these lovely words Sure thing, you are welcome . Well same here sometimes really yet I am surrendering it all for the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this higher purpose. It will fall into the right place A couple of suggestions to add that have worked for me, try Emotional Freedom Techniques aka Tapping for sadness or anger. You could try talk to yourself in the mirror and give yourself permission or if you have a particular time period/event look at yourself at that time and talk to yourself how you would talk with a close friend or someone you love, we talk to others way nicer than we speak to ourselves. It’s also okay to try to “practice” or “act out” crying to help your body get into the shake mode. Online free YouTube Reiki for releasing feelings or for more powerful healing you could . There is also somatice exercises and TRE (Trauma Release Exercise) on YouTube. These were pretty powerful for me. Lastly, maybe set an intention before going to sleep to give yourself to cry in your dreams at night and see if it soaks in at a subconscious level.
!! I love this so much, thank you so much for all of this advice. The idea of inviting crying in my dreams seems very powerful. I often act out emotions there that I don’t in real life – like yelling at people who deserve to be yelled at. Thank you again. EFT emotional freedom technique, there’s videos and scripts around for free, involves just tapping pressure points and saying meditations to try to clear emotions, good luck! Crying is the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this best. Thank you! Yes my partner is a fantastic crier, he just cries whenever he needs to and moves on. I’m so jealous of it! One thing you might try is a meditation on emotional body sensation. The method that I’m familiar with is described by a teacher named Shinzen Young. This might not be the best description, but I’d say these techniques are different ways of focusing that facilitate dropping gross and subtle resistances to change in emotional body sensations.
Anyway, the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this techniques are broadly outlined in the various Feel/Feel In subsections of his Five Ways manual, but there’s a lot of other stuff in there too. His old audiobook Break Through Difficult Emotions covers just this area and might be a better place to start. It provides and overview and gives some guided meditations. Thank you! It’s been really heartwarming to hear how many other people have been through a similar process of learning to go through this. I definitely resist at the bodily level. Even when you said meditation on emotional body sensation I felt myself clench and think “no that’s not for me” which suggests it’s exactly for me. Thank you again. Wim Hof breathing method. Magic mushrooms if that interests you, it’s like a full system reset. But honestly you don’t need to try, life Is always bringing you the circumstances for your highest good. Metta with actual deep self compassion helped me to release tears on a couple of occasions during meditation. Maybe relevant that both time I was not alone. Once was during a silent retreat group meditation, and once was during a group zoom. I think having a group of spiritual friends around might assist you.
Connecting to the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this low part of my body while meditating has been helping me lately. Like grounding exercises and meditations There is so much great advice here! I will add that when I’m really stuck in that space where I know I NEED to cry but it just won’t come- reworking the fake it til you make it mantra has really helped me. It feels silly at first but just releasing the pressure through noises, shouting what’s wrong, going through the motions of a good cry, etc really kick starts the true crying release my body needs. I was on anti anxiety meds for a couple years. Didn’t cry the whole time. After I got off a lot of tears came. Just thought I’d mention. Now if I feel I need help to cry at times I put on some sad music or watch sad movies Sometimes I watch compilations of people helping other people in a crisis and that can get me there. Thanks for sharing your stories
I find some guided meditations bring up very strong emotions that allow me to cry – I save these for those moments. They’re often ones where you imagine a loved one looking down upon you or sitting next to them if they’ve passed. Don’t try to doing anything. Your mind stopped it so don’t use your mind to start the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this emotional flowing freely. Just have the awareness of the build up and just notice it and let it be natural. You would cry if you weren’t doing so much work not to. stop trying so hard in any way . let the crying just happen as the natural expression of letting go. Also, a healer got me to say things to myself in a mirror. Self compassionate things. It felt silly and I had all these beliefs until I stopped and just cried, several times about different things. So you can look into a Mirror for 20 mins a day. Really look at yourself, at your being, become aware of how you are treating yourself and maybe say some nice things to yourself, and even if it feels not true at all then maybe the feeling of not loving yourself etc might cause an emotional release. I have a hard time looking in the mirror. To an extent I wasn’t really aware of until quite a few people suggested it. I think you’re right. There’s a need to face myself and that’s a huge part of the block. I also appreciate being reminded of wu wei – the times I’ve managed to do an “arranged cry” are only when I’ve given myself permission not to and a promise to celebrate if it’s even only one tear. Thank you this was really good perspective.
Thanks :). It’s coming from what works for me. I realise my body and all its processes are just going about their thing and it’s my mind that is interrupting the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this natural flow. Like when I have anxiety about not having a natural breath. Please be well and I have many blocks too. I try not to call them or see them as blocks so much now a-days but they can be pretty blocky though. I’ve been meaning to go back to that dang mirror for a while now. The idea is you view emotions / thoughts as different parts of you (like when people say, there’s a part of me that doesn’t want to x,y,z). Regardless of if there are actually ‘parts’, this technique helps to create some seperation from emotions at first. But also, if it’s true, there might be a survival instinct in place that’s saying “crying is bad because we learnt x” – and so diving into that can maybe help you ‘bring down the block’.
Although the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this way the technique is taught it’s quite narrative based, which I fear might give strength to certain narratives / identity if not careful. ALSO! Whenever I cry I try to feel it out but in my mind i’m thinking positively “this is great, get it all out” Sit and close your eyes. Straighten your back, lower your shoulders, put your hand on your stomach. Breathe out as much as you can, feel your stomach go inwards. When you breathe in, feel your stomach come forward. Do a few of these breaths, then breathe normally again. Scan your body. Is there any place where you have felt the emotion build up? Where has it been ‘stuck’? Is the emotion in your stomach? Your heart? Has it caught in your throat? Do you feel it in your arms? Try to locate anything you may feel, no matter how small. Once you have, focus your attention there and take a few more deep breaths through your stomach.
Now try to describe the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this emotion, be curious about it. Is its shape soft or pointy? What color is it? Is the color vibrant or muted? Is it a sharp, stabby emotion or does it ache? Remember to breathe through your stomach! Can you embrace the emotion? Try not to have thoughts about it. Maybe name it? Is it sadness, happiness, fear or anger? Maybe a few of those at the same time. Can you show it some compassion? Tell yourself it makes sense you’re feeling like that, it’s okay to be overwhelmed, it makes sense if you’re scared. Just try to let it be. Practice metta & compassion meditation. One easy method (for me) is imagining myself as a child (from a photo perhaps), and then remembering what this young child will go through. I can pretty much cry on demand with this. Don’t force yourself. Just sit and feel your anxiety. You’ve spent enough of your life forcing yourself to do stuff. Now you have the opportunity to sit and exist and feel. Feel where the anxiety is in your body, that tightness in your chest, that pit in your ribcage. Keep feeling it until something new comes up. It takes a lot of control, keep bringing yourself back to what is going on in the present. Kind of like a chain reaction through the “blanket of emotions that are too intense to process.” Never force it, just see what bubbles up. Let it wash over you. Really let the uncomfortable anxiety flood through your veins and run free. Radical acceptance is key here.
The aim is not to “get rid of anxiety” or to feel like you can breathe Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this again, or to “make yourself cry.” By thinking and doing these things, you are once again betraying your body. It is trying to communicate with you, so let it. Listen to it. This is what it means to be present with yourself. Any exercise, or routine you do to “get rid of” or “heal” emotions is just distracting you from them. That is not what emotions are for. Emotions are to be felt and released through feeling. Feel what your body wants you to feel. Sometimes that means feeling an emotion the first time you felt it as a kid, and listening to what your kid self has to say about it. Not what you THINK your kid self would say, just what honestly comes up for you. When it feels safe and ready, you will cry. If not, that’s okay too. You may even find the answers there as to why you cannot cry. Did at some point someone make you feel unsafe to cry? Is it what you learnt growing up? Go deep into yourself and unwind what you have learnt. It takes time. No more forcing it. Just let yourself be. That will usually make it feel the safest for your body to cry and cry and cry. But never force it.
Two folks mentioned metta/compassion meditation. Too few, but they’re absolutely correct. Melt the Boston Celtics playoff NBA 2025 shirt in contrast I will get this ice block of your heart. I’d recommend a few iterations of prayer/chanting – Manjushri’s and Samantabhadra’s aspiration prayer in particular, ending with a brief restatement of prajnaparamita and lamrim. Afterward, if you haven’t already got caught up in it, a bit of diety yoga wouldn’t hurt. Qi Gong, shamatha, mushrooms, whatever you need to do to get to your center, get there, and practice. The more you meditate the more you’ll get in tune with who you are, I used to have anxiety to the point that my health was a concern. Smoking THC helped but it’s something that I wouldn’t recommend unless given by a doctor. ( this can make your anxiety worse, so use responsibly) I was originally taking heavy PTSD pills given to war veterans but that made my heart feel like it was going to explode. Through meditation, I’ve been able to get to a better place and I even started to take less and less of the weed given to me by my doctor because I feel like I don’t need it. Once you get relaxed, start meditating more, your body naturally does the rest and starts to release DMT. Avoid anything with fluoride or sugar because these are things that can block your ability to do this naturally and eat more super foods or supplements that contain the superfoods. The last thing I can recommend is deep slow breaths or other types of breathing exercises, focus and it will become second nature to you. love and blessings on your journey
