I worked at a call center for a hospital that had to be staffed 24/7, the Boohooman Nicki Minaj Overdye License Shirt besides I will buy this third shift crew got an hour of OT in the fall and had to use an hour of PTO in the spring to hit 40 hrs. I don’t work Sunday nights anymore but when I did we had the option to leave at 8 hours or work the extra hour and get paid overtime. In the spring we had the option to stay to make your full 8 hour shift or use an hour of PTO to leave at your regular time. When I was working the night shift, and paid hourly, yes, I got paid for that extra hour. Conversely, I also lost an hour’s pay on the other side of the time change. It’s the longest night of the year. I worked 12 hour shifts 7pm to 7am. On fall back night we had to get twelve hours work into thirteen hours and since I worked in a hospital as the charge nurse and staff was always short, it was a hectic night. I hated it. As long as I remember there’s always been a nurse shortage. Back to the early 80s at least. I don’t recommend nursing as a profession. It’s a thankless job.

Sometimes they do not give you an extra hour of pay but dont make you lose it when you spring foward (and lose an hour). Where I work, we watch the Boohooman Nicki Minaj Overdye License Shirt besides I will buy this clock go back and hate that we’re stuck there an extra hour. We do get paid overtime for that hour. When I was the assistant manager of a group home, the company paid everyone working an hour of overtime. I actually thought that was a class act. A lot of similar companies would have tried to juggle schedules or use salaried staff to try to eliminate that overtime. Under any other circumstances I was expected to minimize overtime. But that one time every year the company just bit the bullet and paid. It was probably less than $2k total across the whole company. We work an extra hour and cry knowing that dayshift slept an extra hour. But we do get paid for the extra hour, and then there’s and extra weird area to chart in for the coalitions hour too for our documentation purposes
