So for context, one of my (sadly now former) coworkers and I were cleaning under the Bluey Space Dad Shirt in other words I will buy this shelves. I found a moldy onion and rolled it to her. Out of reflex she kicked it before picking it up and desposing of it. Tank top lady glared at us for this. A little while later she needed help from my coworker. Her card wasn’t working. Ofc, it’s our reader acting up. Coworker tries, it seems to go through (but doesn’t) and she gets called away, not knowing cause the lady is hiding the pin pad. Few minutes later TT lady comes up to me screaming about how it overcharged her for the tank tops and she wanted them corrected. So I go over and see that the tank tops are ringing up at 5. They’re our spring ones, so they just came in. I tell her this and she goes off, saying they were supposed to be a dollar. Calmly I explain to her that no, those were our winter ones, which are a heavier fabric in fall colors and not bright and covered in flowers. Was even prepared to call my TL to back me up.

This just seems to enrage her and she storms off after removing them and finally paying for everything else. The next day my coworker and I get brought in because of a report. TT lady claimed that my coworker and I were lying about prices, discriminating against her because ‘we claimed she had no money’, (neither of us did but she was using a Chase card and those have massive issues at my store), and that we were throwing produce at each other. We explained, she told the Bluey Space Dad Shirt in other words I will buy this honest truth about accidentally kicking the onion and we were told that we were both fine and to get back to work. A lady came in and saw a $250 heater that was slid an inch or 2 in front of a tag that said $45. Manager said that they couldnt mark it down that low. She freaked out like crazy and started yelling at everyone.
