Yup. Lived in London for several years in my late teens/early twenties and it’s still the Bluey and Bingo Milwaukee Bucks basketball NBA shirt besides I will buy this place I’ve loved (and miss) most in no small part because of how robust the infrastructure and general accessibility was compared to what I had growing up (and have since had upon returning to the US and living in major US cities). Similarly, the ease with which one could travel around the country by train or hop on a dirt cheap plane ride to the continent. We had (have) nothing like it in the States. We had the potential, but our city and national infrastructures cratered due to the auto lobby, terrible zoning laws, and austerity measures put in place throughout the back half of the 20th century (among other related issues). It’s such a farce.

Yeah, it’s amazing how in the Bluey and Bingo Milwaukee Bucks basketball NBA shirt besides I will buy this States, even something as simple as being able to walk to a pub is basically extremely rare. To live in a walkable neighborhood is a complete luxury., even in some of the biggest cities. I don’t really have that many options though considering my other half needs to work in English or become B2 in a language to work there and that is not something she really wants to do. But thank you for your comment, appreciated. I subscribe to what others said about the UK being in a downtrend. London is a bubble of its own, and somewhat insulated though. Given the choice, I would move somewhere in the EU, some place which aspires to be a global player as part of the union, rather than delusional about making it on its own.
