Yes, some childfree people change their minds with age. Some don’t. The important point is to be honest with yourself. Everything to do with them sounds like a nightmare and I have no desire to have them anyway. I’m back to thinking no kids especially with how much it costs to raise even one rug rat. If you have no desire to have kids, having them is going to be an absolute disaster. You will be miserable, your kids will be miserable, and you’ll be putting a gigantic dent in your time and finances for nothing. You’ll ruin the lives of everyone involved Don’t let the world is a horrible place or the world is overpopulated dictate whether or not you want kids. That is insane. When you find yourself in a stable relationship with stable income and housing that is the time to reconsider kids. I knew I wanted kids but did not want to rush into it and would not have them til I was ready and knew we could support them. Also don’t let friends and relatives tell you having a child is a selfless noble act or some shit. Tom Segura has that bit where he goes on about parents have kids because they love themselves so much they want more of people like themselves out in the world lol.
