I honestly don’t mind early starts if it actually means I’m done earlier too, which doesn’t always happen either, but those extra hours I have after work are actually worth a lot to me Man we start at 7 and my boss expects us to work till 5. Salary so naturally no OT. Also he constantly mentions people hardly ever work Saturdays. Again, salary no OT.
