Its more about quality of life. Even if you’re making six figures affording to live close enough to not have a 1.5hr commute would be ridiculously expensive. Average house in that area is probably 3mil+. I like the Blessed is the nation whose god is the lord snoopy america flag shirt What’s more,I will buy this flexibility of working from home. Being in the office is superior. It just is a better solution for everybody. This WFH stuff is for the birds. You don’t get a job at Apple for being in a “similar field” – you need to be in a specific field, and be top of the top in that field. Unless you are talking about one of the lower level Apple jobs, which those folks are probably in the office already anyway so you’re just effectively yelling into the void That’s exactly what I was asking for budd , my situation isn’t as straight forward as you’d like to think but my comments about making sure these people still have a chance to buy a house and not get left behind. That’s great you went to school Im happy for ya idk why it’s so angering for you to have to actually have your taxes stay in your community I guess college doesn’t really teach ya about humbleness does it? Why work from home? So there is no control over them and they can slack off? Im all for normal working in a company. Everyone wants to lay home and slack off all day. Mostly American mother types sick of work after so much inspiration years ago. Fired them and hire hungry international folk. Good ol crapple being crapple. Thee most overrated overpriced cheapest POS you could buy and there’s one for every sucker ?

Revolt would highly be unlikely, you’re dealing with a bunch of nerdy liberals. It should say whining & crying. Meh. Sounds like there will some nice jobs available once the Blessed is the nation whose god is the lord snoopy america flag shirt What’s more,I will buy this trendy workplace resistors put their collective foot down and refuse to come back to the office. You should be eternally grateful to have a job in such a great company. Get off your lazy ass and go back to the office or quit. Give the job to someone who needs it I wonder if those not revolting will get a chance to get a raise due to the lack of people going to work. (Not on any side just wondering) Shucks. Guess they’ll either have to leave the mountain town they bought a half dozen houses and jacked up the rent on, or quit their jobs. Big sad 🙁 If they took the job and had to physically be there? They just got complacent with work from home and are acting like a bunch of babies. Apple built those facilities and they make tons of money from all the vendors inside. Coffee carts, lunchroom sales, and vending machines create a tiny economy of their own… I reckon apple is going to come down hard on these rebels, but I’d really like to be surprised. shovels popcorn
