Gators are generally docile unless they’re threatened or they see food (like if you’re walking a small dog for example). When I did a fan boat in New Orleans the Blair Witch – Rustin Parr Shirt moreover I love this gators would actually hop up on the boat and just chill no more than 2 feet from us. Our guide would then pet them show us their bellies and claws and then send them off with a raw chicken snack for their troubles. The gators responded to the guy like a well trained scaly dog. It was insane. Mind you I’m sure these ones on the preserve were conditioned to trust and cooperate with the boats, but still. Once you realize how calm they are, they were actually weirdly cute! Showed this to my husband and he goes ‘Oh, I know that guy. Yeah, that’s Brian.’ Why? He recognized the floor and the tattoo. I was just floored. I love this man. My husband, not Brian. I don’t know Brian. Love that dude, had a couple run ins with him a few different times outside the reptarium, he is truly one of the most down to earth people you will ever meet.

Blair Witch – Rustin Parr Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

So strange because they have no evolutionary reason for smiling or being cute. Their mothers don’t care about them and they don’t groom each other. Dogs evolved expressions for human favorability. I don’t know how to make sense of it other than my brain anthropomorphizing. She digs up her babies when they start to hatch and will carry them one by one to the Blair Witch – Rustin Parr Shirt moreover I love this water. They will also protect their babies for up to a year after they hatch. I’ve even seen videos of a mother salt water croc scoop a wayward baby sea turtle up and bring it to the water like her own baby. They’ve got the instinct! Yeah but they don’t nurture them physically. (Hold/stroke). If it does enjoy being stoked like this in any way I’m curious why and where it would link up in the wild.
