Fuck these parasites, they can’t die fast enough. Old slave drivers worried about future generations of slave drivers. Good. Its funny we have a few of these boomers who talk big but when I’m around them their the Black Pride Hand Shirt and I love this ones always complaining about how they work too much or the job is hard, I just clock in do what I gotta do then clock out I try not talking to anyone but its like they think I like listening to them complain and most of them have addictions, child support for different kids, literally one told me he had a sugar baby I was like wtf?? Fuck you ? It doesn’t pay off that’s why people don’t give a fuck anymore. It used to mean something to put in the extra effort. Now the people that put in the extra effort are just suckers. You either come into a job as a boss or you stay in your position forever. You have to quit to move up that’s how it works. Fuck these companies for exploiting people for so many years. What I like to do is go into work when I’m deathly sick and walk straight into the managers office to tell him I feel like shit. Sit right close, cough a few times, blow my nose etc.. They always send me home. And for bonus points for me, if your sent home, it doesn’t count as a sick day because you showed up for work.

go back in and give him a lecture on how unprofessional it is. its legal to have an employee disciplined for things outside hours, so by that logic, the Black Pride Hand Shirt and I love this employer should treat their employees with respect outside of hours too. I’d respond with, “I gave you two days notice that I have Covid. How much time do you think is needed to be respectful?” Jackass People like this totally believe that they own their employees, and the employees have no rights, no life outside of work, and sure as hell aren’t allowed to call in sick or use any sick/vacation days. Yes, it’s the youth’s entitlement while a 60 some odd woman who sends an email after I log off flips shit for me not responding within 5 seconds and goes to her manager about it. It’s the youths entitlement while a 40 year old is flipping shit about not getting her raise until she returns to work. employer grants her the raise, and now bitching about the taxes while her paycheck is thousands more than my monthly pay; I make less than $50k a year. Desperately need a new job, but no one wants to hire my degreeless ass even though having a degree doesn’t mean the ability to work and retain information in training.
