They don’t want to start at an entry level role and advance and they all feel they should be a manager or CEO yet they have never managed teams, people, social dynamics and get upset when people push back against their ideas vs. trying to win them over. Experience and Soft Skills. Having a degree is helpful to get your resume looked at, but having work experience and taking translateable skills out is so important. How can I apply things like communication skills out of an entry level job and put it on my resume?
