Yeah I have to because I work in healthcare. It’s only a surgical mask so it doesn’t bother me much. Would I rather not wear one? Sure. Do I care? Not really Yes and that’s because I live in the Bills Est 1959 Mafia Shirt Also,I will get this Philippines. And maybe even when the pandemic is over, I’ll keep wearing masks especially when I’m out on crowded places. No not really. But if ppl ask I will, or I’ll probably default wearing it in hospital or sick if I have to leave Hell yes but not necessarily for COVID. It has been extremely windy the last month and I wear it to protect me from all the pollen flying around. IDGAF what people think because I also haven’t been sick (cold or flu) since the mask mandate has been in place. Yes because I care about myself and others, and if you don’t because “Hur dur I can’t breath and live like that, I need to be free”, then fuck you. I take care of my 85 yo grandma full time, so I have to be extra careful with covid and even regular colds and flu. On top of that, ever since I moved south I suffer from terrible allergies so yep, I still rock a mask. a) because I love my grandmother b) my immune system ain’t so hot itself c) I don’t want to unknowingly pass covid (or the flu!) to any other immunocompromised person. Not everyone is lucky enough to be physically able to get vaccinated, and it’s easier for my anxiety to let go of if I can honestly tell myself I did everything I reasonably could to not make myself a vector
