The only interview I stayed when then manager was late was because both the Best wanted Dead Or Alive Monkey D Luffy 400000000 Shirt it is in the first place but receptionist and the manager periodically stopped by go check on me and let me know they’re still dealing with a fairly big emergency. I was interviewing to be a line tech for a company that handled private planes and business jets. There was a crew building a new hanger for another large business jet company next door and when they went to spray on the paint for the walls, the wind picked up and carried the paint to the jets on the line which of course angered the pilots. So he was trying to calm them down and get ahold of the other company to have them rectify the problem. He wound up being a really good manager that worked with us as long as we did our job well. I would probably still have been doing that job if it weren’t for the fact I moved too far away. It was a pretty chill job usually and paid halfway decent, especially for something not requiring any special education. Running late is 10-15 minutes. Anything longer and they should be asking if you would like to wait or reschedule. I don’t mind waiting if it is my choice.

I had an interviewer that was legitimately running late. Traffic accident on his way from the Best wanted Dead Or Alive Monkey D Luffy 400000000 Shirt it is in the first place but airport had most of the city jammed up. In the down time while I waited, the receptionist arranged a facilities tour, let me talk with some of the other staff, had someone explain and demonstrate some of the specialty equipment, etc. Everyone talks about how managers get feedback from receptionists on interviewees. You can gather information on the same fashion on how they treat you. An interview isn’t just them deciding if they want to hire you. You should also be asking questions and deciding if you want to work for them. I would have left after 15 min. If they won’t respect your time now, what makes you think they will when you have the job? Leave. The interview is not just them finding out if you are a good candidate, but you exploring if they are a good fit for you. 1 hour late is disrespectful of your time. It’s a bad first impression for a working relationship
