Many of the Best terry Noel x LVLA Shirt also I will do this women in the DIY / Maker space tend to (and if not always completely “natural”, then very low touch makeup) I’m editing my fourth episode now, and I know I will 100% get fatshamers if I get any traction on my efforts. They might even be the first people to start commenting. And that’s okay. I mean, it’s not really about me when people say those things. It’s about their own fears and insecurities. I like me. I am loved. I am happy. So it isn’t about me. It does sting a little, but it is easier to brush that stuff off when you recognize that it doesn’t really matter what assholes think anyway. Everything is easier when you are in a good place with yourself. Be comfortable in your own skin, and if that’s tough to do, then work on it actively! I’m in my late 30s, and I’m very heavy set. I also spent most of my life hating my body and struggling with severely low self-esteem. If I can learn to love myself, then anyone can learn to do the Best terry Noel x LVLA Shirt also I will do this same for themselves. Something that really helped me, actually, was finding good representation in media. Once I started consuming content with more diverse people involved, and started to admire those people, I started seeing myself in a more forgiving and compassionate way. Especially people who were good examples of self-love. Oddly enough (and I know he is a little controversial) Ethan Klein was a big factor in that process for me. He always leaned into his looks for laughs, without ever putting himself down or making it seem like a bad thing, and it helped me get more comfortable with how I look. I also really like Brittany Broski lately. She is so funny and she just seems very comfortable as herself. Not just YouTubers tho, also people in movies and TV shows, and even just getting out in the world and making more close friends who look more like me. Loving others can help us love ourselves more because we begin to see the “flaws” in those other people as endearing qualities, which helps us recognize those same qualities as endearing and lovable in ourselves.
