I’ve been arrested on a FTA warrant and I wasn’t strip searched. But my warrant was money based (bounced check). I was never even processed into the Best rhys Hoskins Philadelphia Split Signature T-Shirt moreover I love this actual jail, just a holding cell til I went to court. Go early in the morning and turn yourself in. Ianal, in all the times i have been arrested i have not been strip searched until I arrived to prison after being sentenced. Guys used to make a living out of getting locked up to bring in contraband. The police will not likely do a strip search unless they have reason to believe you are currently in possession of contraband. They will do a pat down search for weapons and have you empty pockets, etc. At that point, you will be arraigned and bail is set. Hard to say what is going to happen there because you didn’t say what the charges are. If you are given some sort of non-monetary bail, you will be free to go with no strip search. If you are given monetary bail, you will be remanded to jail until you make bail.

I have charges for trespassing and not following a lawful order, as I was participating in a protest… I didn’t appear at the Best rhys Hoskins Philadelphia Split Signature T-Shirt moreover I love this court hearing and was avoiding contacting them for 6 months, thus the bench warrant… Talk to the prosecutor. That sort of charge usually just results in a fine, depending on the jurisdiction and nature of the protest. You might be able to arrange a plea deal and a new court date. You’d never have had a warrant if you’d just attended the fucking hearing. It was my bad to not attend it but my bf at the time talked me into it and yeah… He said that they’ll just drop the charges as it was only a protesting thing and this is what’s happened. It was just a peaceful protest (environmental), there was no violence or damage or anything just blocking entrance to a building (and I wasn’t even blocking it directly just was around and got picked by the police). I’ll try to call the court and see what I can do, I’m so clueless in this though And ditch the boyfriend who’s trying to get your ass arrested. There are two organizations you never ignore in this life: courts and taxing authorities (both IRS, state and local).
