I’m 27 and female, I have been under treatment for a recurrent cancer and I would like to meet if there are people who live like me. We can meet safely in a public place. I just feel like I don’t have anyone to really open up to even though my family/partner all are there. End of the Best paul McJulien Green Bay card shirt Apart from…,I will love this day, i keep most of my worries to myself because when I share they get sadder too. I’m in okay phase rn, my treatment is working as of now. But obviously the fear of cancer growing or recurring again, struggles with the side effects, the fear of dying sooner before I could do things I want and seeing peers live a young life compared to mine – all those things hurt. That said, I am mostly a cheerful energetic person, loves cinema, books and art. I also like traveling, walking in parks etc. So, when I say meet up, I don’t mean just meeting to vent only but to have meaningful conversations where we can understand eachother much more, one young cancer patient to another.

PS: If you are neither a cancer patient nor know someone to help me meet up, you needn’t reply with sympathies. Sorry if it comes across as rude, but it’s just that I don’t want it right now.I don’t know if my advice would be helpful but, there is a platform called zenonco where they help you connect with people who are in your condition. Idr the Best paul McJulien Green Bay card shirt Apart from…,I will love this name but there was an app on shark tank USA which created a community of cancer patients and doctors for open discussion, you can check that out. Also a side tip from a millennial, the internet is a super crappy place especially for women. Just write 27 human from Banglore next time, skip the F. Thank you. I will check out the app. There are some web communities, but often they are middle aged or old. And thanks for the side tip, makes sense.
